Setup of Framework Agreements 2024/2026

Save the Children Tanzania Office intends to conduct prequalification thereafter set up Framework Agreements (FWAs) with different suppliers (goods and services). Therefore, applications are invited from eligible, competent, and qualified suppliers and service providers (including current suppliers/service providers) to apply for pre-qualification for the supply of goods and Services for its operation areas in Zanzibar, Dar es salaam, Dodoma, Songwe, Njombe, Katavi, Rukwa, Kigoma, Shinyanga, Arusha, Morogoro, Iringa, Mbeya, Tanga, Mwanza, Singida, Babati, Kahama, Lindi and Mtwara for the period of 2 years under the following categories:

Interested parties are requested to submit their Complete Pre-qualification documents/proposal detailing the services, goods, and work they can provide, along with a comprehensive business profile and all legal supporting documents. All submissions should be sent to: tenders@savethechildren.or.tz and marked “Prequalification of Suppliers” and the Lot Number applied for.” No later than 22nd March 2024 at 2.00pm (1400hrs).
Only short-listed or selected parties will be notified by email within three (3) weeks from the date of closure of applications for any future tenders and procurement activities. In case you don’t hear from us eight (8) weeks after the closing date, please consider your application unsuccessful: NO separate or individual communication shall be made by Save the Children.
Any bid submitted after the indicated time shall be rejected.
