There has been circulating information indicating that Save the Children has announced short-term job vacancies, requiring applicants to fill out forms and then pay a fee of twenty-five thousand shillings with the promise of a daily wage of twenty-two thousand shillings upon employment.

Save the Children would like to inform the public that this information is false. Save the Children adheres to the principles and ethics of work and the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, and there are no payments required for employment. Therefore, this advertisement is not from Save the Children.

All Save the Children job vacancies and tenders are advertised through the Tanzania.savethechildren.net website, and Save the Children does not use email addresses with @gmail.com domain. So AVOID BEING SCAMMED.

We warn the perpetrators and legal action will be taken against those found misusing the Save the Children identity.
